Brian Bohl is a second-year student in Hofstra University's Master of Arts in Journalism program. He currently works as a graduate assistant in Hofstra's Athletic Communications Department where he writes game stories, features and assists in editing media guides for the school's 17 Division sports teams. He also is involved in shooting and editing video for pre-and-postgame interviews with Hofstra players and coaches.
Bohl also works as a freelancer covering professional sports for the Associated Press. His work has also appeared in the New York Daily News, the New York Times, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and New York Sportscene Magazine.
Bohl graduated Hofstra in 2008 with degrees in both print journalism and political science.
